WE'VE GOT 4 CLASSIC FABULOUS THUNDERBIRDS RECORDINGS THAT WILL KNOCK YOUR SOX OFF!

You heard right. I am personally thrilled to offer M.C. Records customers the chance to own the first four recordings by the Fabulous Thunderbirds, completely remastered and with bonus tracks. In 1979 Tacoma Records released the first Fab T-Birds record. It would change my life. The band had authenticity, chops and a Lone Star swagger. The backed the legends like Muddy Waters and wrote new blues standards. Kim Wilson's tough harp and Jimmie Vaughn's muscular guitar took hold like wildfire. The rest is blues history. CDs are $15 each or see special deal at the end of this box!

Girls Go Wild - The record that started it all in 1979 and still considered their best. First time on CD. If you ain't got this, you ain't got nothin.' B-8002-2

What's The Word - The second record, released 1980. First time on CD, with four bonus tracks not on the original. B-8003-2

Butt Rockin' - The third release from the boys from Austin, with three bonus tracks never before released. B-8004-2

T-Bird Rhythm - Produced by Nick Lowe and the fourth T-Birds release. Contains the classics Can't Tear It Up Enough and How Do You Spell Love. B-8005-2

Sean Costello
Call The Cops Sean is simply on of the best young blues talents playing today. Killer tone and a totally traditional approach to the blues fused with a youthful energy makes Sean stand apart from the other young guitar slingers. Sean and his excellent jivebombers play straight blues, no rock, and his comparison to a Young Duke Robbilard are justified. Just a footnote, Sean played guitar for Susan Tedeschi for close to two years and plays on her mega selling Just Won't Burn but Sean really shines on his own. This is his debut cd on Blue Wave and it maybe his best! BW136

The Angela Strehli Band  Live From Rancho Nicasio Angela has been on a couple of M.C. Record releases over the past few years. This CD is red hot Texas roadhouse R&B and is getting great reviews!. Floyd Lee Full Moon Lightnin We carried his debut CD in our catalog last year and we're proud to carry his 2004 release. Floyd has been bringing his traditional blues sound (think Jimmy Reed) around the world. The CD was recorded in Clarksdale Mississippi completely live with no overdubs. "Full Moon Lightnin'" drips with raw honesty rarely found in music today. Special guest Sam Carr just makes this release a perfect 10.
